ARC Europe, a leading European automotive assistance expert, seeks a Customer Success Manager to build strong partnerships with automotive clients and coordinate cross-functional activities across Europe. You will own daily account management for B2B clients, lead service delivery reviews, and drive improvements through data insights and stakeholder collaboration.

English fluent required; willingness to travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in B2B account management or similar customer-care roles.
Experience in automotive/ roadside assistance advantageous.
Familiarity with connected telematics services is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; PowerBI experience beneficial.
Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
Experience in international environments and willingness to travel across Europe.
Strong communication and client-centric mindset with results orientation.

Responsabilités

Master dedicated B2B client accounts (OEMs) and ARC Europe products.
Oversee daily operations for existing ARC Europe clients; run workshops and admin tasks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication.
Lead service delivery reviews and business reviews; address issues with action plans.
Analyze and resolve B2B complaints; implement process improvements.
Refine operational processes for enhanced efficiency and excellence.
Review technical reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
Assess tender content with Sales to align capabilities with client expectations.
