bp is seeking an Europe HSE&C Advisor to join our team in a hybrid role with ~25% travel across Europe. You will drive HSE&C strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture across the Europe Performance Unit.
You will partner with lubricant plants, CMS sites, distribution hubs and commercial teams to implement systems and training, and lead incident investigations to drive continuous improvement across Belgium and Europe.
This is a role within the Castrol organization, and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.
