Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Finance Leader for CHVAC Europe, based in Brussels. The role partners with the CHVAC Europe leadership to translate strategy into measurable plans, forecasts, and investments for a business delivering approximately $1.5B revenue across equipment, parts, service, rental, and controls.

You will lead a multi-country team, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and influence executive decisions with robust financial storytelling and analytics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Finance function.
• European multi-country experience preferred.
• 20–30% travel across Europe.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Engineering or Applied Economics.
• Professional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CHVAC Europe growth strategy and financial planning.
• Develop forecasts, LRPs, AOPs, and business cases with clear viability.
• Drive cash flow, CROIC, and return on invested capital improvement.
• Provide insights via monthly/quarterly BU reports (MORs, QBRs, ERAM).
• Coach and develop the finance team and ensure compliance with US GAAP and European statutory requirements.
