Job summary

Trane Technologies invites you to join a world-class finance team leading the Commercial HVAC Europe region from Brussels. You will partner with the CHVAC Europe leadership to drive strategy, forecasting, and investment decisions across multiple countries.

We seek a senior finance leader with 15+ years of experience, strong communication and change-management skills, and a proven track record in lean, US GAAP/European compliance, and business partnering at scale. Travel 20-30% required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within the Finance function, preferably in a publicly-held multinational.
• 20-30% travel across European locations.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead CHVAC Europe growth strategy and performance.
• Develop business plans from strategic goals with leadership.
• Forecasts, plans, capital investments, and business cases.
• Improve working capital, cash flow, and CROIC.
• Promote sustainable compliance and finance systems.
• Coach and develop staff; lead monthly/quarterly BU reports.
