Trane Supply, Brussels-based, seeks a seasoned CHVAC Europe Finance Leader to partner with the President and Leadership Team. You will steer growth, oversee financial planning, and manage reporting for a $1.5B business across equipment, parts, service, rental, and controls.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in finance within multinational manufacturing, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in a publicly-held global corporation
• European multi-country experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and European statutory reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsabilités

• Lead CHVAC Europe growth strategy across equipment, parts, service, rental and controls
• Develop and translate strategic goals into actionable plans and budgets
• Own forecasts, LRP/AOP, capital investments and business cases
• Drive working capital optimization, cash flow and CROIC
• Support growth, acquisitions and due diligence across Europe
• Ensure SOX compliance and proper financial controls
• Coach teams and deliver MORs, QBRs and ERAM presentations
• Foster Lean continuous improvement in finance processes
• Build strong internal/external relationships with executives and stakeholders
• Travel 20–30% across European locations
