Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Brussels is seeking a Europe Accessories Merchant to shape the European Accessories strategy and drive its execution from seasonal briefs through assortment building and in-season trading.

You will collaborate with Global Merchandising, European teams and Planning to deliver profitable assortments across DTC channels. The role requires strong merchandising experience, analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel and/or accessories merchandising.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with pricing and margins.
• Passionate about product, consumers and marketplace trends.
• Strong communicator and presenter across functions.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the European Accessories strategy and seasonal product brief.
• Build assortment and segmentation strategy across channels.
• Collaborate with Global Merchandising and European teams on product development.
• Translate market trends and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze performance to identify opportunities and guide assortments.
• Define online and offline product journeys aligned with Brand strategy.
• Drive in-season trading to maximize full-price sales and reduce inventory risk.
• Present assortments with a clear product story to strengthen brand equity.
• Own merchandising tools and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
