Barry Callebaut, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, invites a Regional Sensory Coordinator to join Europe QA. You will roll out the global sensory structure and work with production sites to ensure first-time quality.

You’ll lead the Sensory QA Program across Europe, support site coordinators, and coordinate sensory tests for internal and external customers, with travel up to 15% and collaboration with the global quality team.

Qualifications

• Master degree in food science or equivalent.
• Quality certifications (HACCP) are nice to have.
• Additional languages are nice to have.
• Regular contact with other functions within the company.
• Experience with sensory in consumer or food production environments (2–3 years).
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Independent project follow-up and decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sensory Quality Assurance Program in the Europe region.
• Coordinate sensory tests for internal and external customers.
• Train and support the local sites with the sensory software program.
