Tata Consultancy Services in Brussels seeks a Resource Network Lead to drive fast, activation-ready resourcing for EU Institution Framework Contracts. You will build a large network of suppliers and candidates, and manage onboarding within tight SLAs to meet tender deadlines.

You will work with bid, delivery, and account teams to forecast demand and ensure compliant, timely fulfillment across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in resourcing for EU Institutions or public-sector Framework Contracts.
• Proven ability to build and expand a broad ecosystem of subcontractors and specialists across Europe.
• Skilled at assessing vendors on quality, responsiveness, and delivery performance.

Responsabilités

• Build and map a large network of IT/staffing companies for rapid matching.
• Shortlist profiles within a 4-business-day SLA across technical and management levels.
• Onboard and pre-clear candidates within post-award timelines to remove bottlenecks.
• Forecast demand with bid and delivery teams to pre-build pipeline.
• Track KPIs on coverage, fulfillment, and compliance with EU procurement rules.
