Qualifications

• Completed academic qualifications with EU or WTO law modules.
• European Bar qualification or on track to qualify within one year.
• At least one year of relevant experience such as EC traineeship or junior associate position.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, diligence, and attention to detail; team oriented in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of EU competition law questions with emphasis on EU and international trade law, including DMA/DSA and digital regulation matters.
• Involvement in trade defence investigations conducted by the European Commission and in EU Court litigation.
• Collaborate with associates and partners to handle complex international transactions and regulatory matters.
