Aikido is expanding in the public sector across Europe and seeking an Account Executive (EU Public Sector & NATO) to drive revenue with national governments, public agencies, and NATO entities.

You will navigate complex procurement processes, build strategic relationships with senior security and IT leaders, and leverage partner ecosystems to deliver our developer-first security platform to the public sector.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience in EU Public Sector, NATO environments.
• Proven track record closing 6- and 7-figure deals across EU public sector or defense.
• Deep understanding of EU government procurement frameworks and tender processes.
• Experience mapping tech capabilities to business outcomes in cybersecurity/devsecops.
• Active EU/NATO Secret Clearance (or eligibility) is highly preferred.
• Located in Europe with easy access to government hubs (Brussels preferred).

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue from first touch to close across targeted EU National Governments, public agencies, and NATO entities.
• Lead responses to public tenders, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Partner with Global System Integrators, regional IT partners, and distributors with government framework agreements.
• Build and deepen relationships with CISOs, software engineering leaders, platform leads, and procurement directors in the public sector.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot.
• Represent Aikido at defense, cyber, and public sector events across Europe.
