Qualifications

• 8+ years in European public policy or government affairs.
• Proven track record shaping policy and campaigns in healthcare/trade/IP/industrial policy.
• Deep understanding of EU decision-making processes and institutions.
• Extensive network with EU institutions and national governments.
• Experience engaging with policy stakeholders across Europe.
• Fluent in English; another European language (preferably Spanish or Italian) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of government affairs strategies at the EU level, engaging with MEPs, Commission officials, and policymakers.
• Shape European policy by applying knowledge of EU processes and leveraging BMS teams.
• Engage with trade associations to advocate BMS positions and represent the company in working groups.
• Support cross-functional teams in priority European markets with expert advice to meet objectives.
• Develop and manage relationships with public affairs agencies and partners.
