Hanbury Strategy in Brussels is seeking an Associate Director to service public affairs accounts, with opportunities to help grow the business. You will lead on regulatory and political analysis, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff, working across EU institutions and with international clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years’ experience in EU policy, strong presentation and communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Qualifikationen

• Has a shrewd understanding of EU politics and the regulatory process.
• 3–6 years’ experience working for the EU institutions, think tanks, in‑house, trade associations, or consultancy.
• Knowledge of consumer policy, digital platforms, or telecoms regulation; adaptability to new policy areas.
• Ability to advise clients on public policy details and plan EU engagement.
• Some experience as a people manager and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English; another European language is a plus.
