Syensqo SA is seeking an EU Industrial Compounding Technology Leader to bridge technology, manufacturing and innovation in extrusion and compounding operations across the plant.

The role focuses on safe, reliable and efficient operation, solving production issues, driving process improvements, and leading capital projects while enabling growth and new product capabilities from concept to production.

Qualifications

• B.S. or graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in extrusion operations or related manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel for training and projects.
• Strong safety and environmental orientation.
• PSM and OSHA 1910 standards experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Bridge technology, manufacturing and innovation to ensure extrusion/compounding operations run safely and efficiently.
• Solve production issues and optimize process capability across the plant.
• Lead capital and reliability improvements and scale new products from R&D to manufacturing.
