Syensqo seeks an EU Industrial Compounding Technology Leader to bridge technology, manufacturing, and innovation for safe, reliable extrusion/compounding operations. You will partner with plant teams, maintenance, suppliers, and R&D to solve real-world manufacturing challenges and bring new products to production.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, data-driven improvements, and scaling capabilities from concept to commercial production, with travel to regional facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. or graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering of extrusion operations.
• Willing to travel to regional facilities for training and projects.
• Strong safety and environmental orientation.
• Familiarity with specialty polymers is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with PSM and OSHA 1910 standards is required.
• CAD, SAP/PM, PIMS and SCADA systems are desirable competencies.
• Ability to wear PPE including FRC clothing, steel toe shoes, hard hat, ear plugs, and safety glasses.
