Syensqo is seeking an EU Industrial Compounding Technology Leader to bridge technology, manufacturing and innovation across extrusion operations. You will drive safe, reliable and efficient processes while enabling future growth, partnering with plant teams, maintenance, suppliers and R&I colleagues to scale new products from concept to production.

You bring a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, 3–7 years in extrusion manufacturing, and strong safety orientation.

Qualifications

• B.S. or graduate degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of experience in extrusion manufacturing or engineering.
• Willingness to travel to regional facilities for training and projects.

Responsabilités

• Bridge technology, manufacturing, and innovation to ensure safe, reliable extrusion and compounding operations.
• Lead capital and reliability improvements; drive data-driven operational excellence.
• Scale new products from R&D to manufacturing and partner with plant teams and suppliers.
