Job summary

ICF Next is seeking a Deputy Head of Communication Management to lead large-scale EU campaigns and services, driving excellence in project delivery, client satisfaction, and team growth. You will mentor managers, oversee budgets, and collaborate across Strategy, Creative, and Digital teams.

With 8+ years in EU communications and 3–5 years leading multidisciplinary teams, you will shape methodologies, ensure quality, and contribute to strategic growth for key accounts in Belgium and across Europe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in EU communications or related field.
• 3–5 years managing large-scale EU-funded projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering integrated 360° campaigns including digital, media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong experience in project financial management: budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote project management best practices across the Communication Management Team through coaching and guidance.
• Monitor high-visibility projects to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Oversee budget tracking, cost control, and profitability monitoring in collaboration with Finance.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the Head of Communication Management.
