Colas Belgium is seeking a tender and project coordination professional to analyze tender documents, assess technical and economic viability, and coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and legal/insurance support to ensure timely submission and competitive pricing.

The role involves drafting technical files for tender responses, validating measurements, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the bidding process.

Responsabilités

• Studies the documents of the tender or of the customer's request
• Analyzes the project: technical validity, proposal of variants, assessment of risks and opportunities
• Controls the plans and ensures the taking of measurements by learning about the land and its characteristics, calculates the cubic volumes and the measurements, etc.
• Consults suppliers and sub-contractors in search of the best services and prices
• Assesses the project: prepares price sub-details and sets the sales price in collaboration with his/her hierarchy
• Prepares and drafts the technical file of the response to a call for tenders (technical brief, schedule, etc.)
• Follows the tender documentation until its awarding: sales relationship with the customer and/or his/her representatives
• Organizes the submission of the offer to the customer in compliance with the deadlines and the imposed formalism
• Coordinates relations with support services (technical, legal, insurance, etc.) and Operations upstream, during and downstream of the job to capitalize on feedback.
• Possibly supervises price study technicians, heads of technical research
