  • Coordinate workshops with business stakeholders and key users.
  • Ensure consistency between analyses performed across different processes and teams.

  • Challenge proposed solutions where necessary and ensure alignment with the overall ERP strategy.
  • Track open points, decisions, assumptions and actions resulting from the analysis.
  • Ensure that functional specifications and process documentation are delivered on time and with the expected quality.
Supply chain ERP transformation:

  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment on scope, priorities and timelines
  • Facilitate decision‑making between different stakeholders
  • Escalate issues and decisions when required
  • Ensure transparent communication throughout the project
  • Build strong relationships with key users, functional experts and implementation partners
Planning, risks & dependencies:
  • Build and maintain the integrated project roadmap
  • Coordinate dependencies between functional, technical and business activities
  • Monitor project risks and define mitigation actionsTrack decisions, assumptions, issues and actions
  • Anticipate potential impacts on planning, scope, resources and delivery
  • Ensure that critical decisions are taken in a timely manner

  • Coordinate the preparation of the testing strategy and planning
  • Ensure functional teams prepare the required test scenarios
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with key users
  • Follow up on defects and ensure that issues are assigned and resolved
