Job summary

Leonardo Belgium is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support the evolution and daily operation of a customised ERP environment that manages key organisational and administrative processes. You will work with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements and support technical teams through the lifecycle.

Your role includes gathering requirements, writing user stories and specs, modelling processes, and ensuring proper functional testing and UAT coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis or ERP consulting.
• Proven experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and functional specifications.
• Experience with enterprise applications development, maintenance or improvement.
• Good understanding of business process analysis and BPMN.
• Experience in Agile delivery, working with developers, testers and stakeholders.
• Experience with functional testing, acceptance criteria and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, analyzes and refines functional requirements through workshops and regular stakeholder exchanges.
• Translates business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
• Models business processes using BPMN and creates wireframes and other models.
• Supports ERP application evolution, especially HR and admin processes.
• Manages functional backlog and participates in Agile ceremonies.
• Provides second-level functional support and coordinates issue resolution with technical teams.
• Investigates data exchanges and integration issues across systems.
• Validates new features and coordinates UAT with business users.
• Maintains functional documentation, user guides and knowledge-base articles.
