Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a freelance Change & Test Management assignment in Brussels. You will coordinate delivery, plan activities, manage risks and dependencies, and lead change management and testing to ensure a smooth move from SAP FC to OneStream.

The role requires senior experience in project implementation, strong communication with business stakeholders, and the ability to own delivery from planning through go-live in an insurance sector environment.

About the role

Our client, an organisation in the insurance sector, is moving from SAP FC to OneStream and needs an experienced Project Manager to coordinate delivery. The role covers the practical side of the implementation, from planning and progress tracking through to change management and testing, and suits a senior freelancer who can take ownership and work independently.

You will coordinate project delivery and keep activities on plan, managing risks, issues and dependencies along the way. You will also coordinate the change management activities linked to the implementation, so the business is prepared for the move to the new platform.

Testing is a major part of the role. You will define and coordinate the test strategy, plan the testing, follow up on execution, and document issues and coordinate their resolution. Day to day, that means working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and other relevant parties to support the implementation from planning through to delivery.
