OneSource Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own a business/IT program focused on e-Invoicing and e-Reporting. You will coordinate Finance, Operations, IT, SAP, and external partners to drive decisions and delivery.

The role requires steering committees, budgets, risks, and governance, with hands-on ownership of end-to-end delivery and implementation readiness. Strong stakeholder management and regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance/IT understanding, with SAP familiarity.
• Proven ability to drive senior stakeholders and decisions.
• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven implementations.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end project management from requirements and planning through implementation, go-live and handover.
• Drive alignment between Finance, Operations, local countries, IT, architects, SAP specialists and key users.
• Run workshops, project meetings and steering committees and ensure decisions and actions are followed through.
• Manage external suppliers and ensure clarity on scope, deliverables, responsibilities, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment readiness and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are translated into concrete project deliverables and delivered against deadlines.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Finance / IT)

Duration: ASAP - 6 Months

Languages: Dutch & English (French is a plus)

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

• We are specifically not looking for a traditional IT PM whose primary strength is project administration and reporting. We need someone who can take ownership of a business/IT program, actively steer stakeholders, challenge where required and drive the organisation towards decisions and delivery.
• The initial priority is their e-Invoicing and e-Reporting program, covering Finance, Operations, IT, SAP, integration, local countries and external partners. The Project Manager will own the end-to-end coordination, including planning, requirements, vendors, testing/UAT, governance, budgets, risks, steering committees and implementation readiness.
• Alongside this program, the consultant will manage additional strategic IT initiatives, including aspects of our NIS2/security implementation.

Key responsibilities:

The ideal person has:

• Significant experience leading complex cross-functional Business & IT programs
• Strong Finance/IT understanding and preferably SAP experience
• Demonstrable experience driving senior business stakeholders
• Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven implementations
• Preferably e-Invoicing/e-Reporting experience
• A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with sufficient seniority to operate independently
