Harvey Nash is seeking an Epic Owner IT4IT to contribute to the IT roadmap under the SAFe Agile framework. You will coordinate epics and related change activities to ensure coherent delivery, focusing on IT infrastructure and security projects within a banking context.

You will lead epic roadmaps, monitor benefits realization and run Agile ceremonies, collaborating with Business Owners, Solution Managers and RTEs to secure stakeholder buy-in and successful PI planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience as Epic Owner or Project Manager.
• Experience in banking or insurance environment preferred.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, IT security, or workplace computing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, structure and coordinate epics and related change activities.
• Lead epics in cybersecurity, access management and compliance.
• Define, create and manage the epic roadmap and Lean Business Case.
• Monitor benefit realisation.
• Organise and lead meetings and Agile ceremonies.
• Represent Infrastructure & Operations during PI planning.
