Michael Page is assisting a global leader in industrial environmental solutions to recruit a Project Manager based in Belgium. You will coordinate turnkey projects from order intake through delivery, acting as the main client contact and ensuring alignment with contracts and quotes.

The role requires experience in industrial/project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and French (English a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management within an industrial, technical or engineering environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Dutch and French are required; English is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage industrial installation projects from order confirmation to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Review customer orders and ensure alignment with quotations and contractual agreements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, installers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Negotiate scope changes and manage contractual deviations.
• Ensure administrative follow-up and project documentation are maintained accurately.
• Support commissioning activities and guarantee customer satisfaction.
