Michael Page is sourcing a Service Technician for field-based inspections, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites across Belgium. The role combines hands-on electrical/electromechanical work with reporting and customer interaction.

The successful candidate will have industrial field service or maintenance experience, strong knowledge of electrical systems and drives, and be fluent in Dutch and French with English as an asset. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Electromechanics, Electricity, Automation or equivalent.
• Hands-on field service or maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motors and variable frequency drives.
• Able to work independently at customer sites.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Administrative discipline and reporting skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset; Dutch and French required, English is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform inspections of industrial filtration and extraction systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Execute commissioning and start-up interventions on new installations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical equipment, including variable frequency drives.
• Prepare detailed inspection and intervention reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with service teams and technical experts across the organization.
