Eezee-it is seeking an SDR to be the gateway to the sales team, initiating conversations and turning contacts into project opportunities. You will handle inbound leads, perform proactive prospecting, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting and messaging.

The role is a permanent contract (39h/week) based in Wavre with hybrid remote work options. Training in B2B sales and the Odoo ecosystem is provided, with a motivating environment and potential growth into an Account

Qualifications

• Bilingual FR / NL, essential to speak with prospects across Belgium. Good English skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle all inbound leads from events, website, campaigns and CRM.
• Make proactive calls to qualify and catch every lead before it goes cold.
• Prospect new relevant targets through cold calls and outreach.
• Qualify needs, context and timing to assess real potential.
• Hand over opportunities to Sales with a clear brief for closing.
