Job summary

Mycompas is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to define and manage the operational support model for enterprise platforms. You will oversee incident, problem, and change management, and coordinate maintenance activities, producing regular support reports.

The role requires hands-on experience with on-premise deployments, system integration, and lifecycle support, strong communication skills, fluent English, and eligibility as a NATO national.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in similar tasks, including implementation of enterprise platforms, automation solutions, secure on-premise deployments, system integration, and lifecycle support.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills are required to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in English.
