Visser & Van Baars in Brussels is seeking an Enterprise Architect with a strong interest in Data, Analytics and AI to translate business and technology strategy into clear, scalable enterprise architectures. You will work at the intersection of business, technology and architecture, collaborating with domain and solution architects, engineering teams and senior stakeholders.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise or IT architecture, with knowledge of data

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent level of education.
• 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in Enterprise, Solution, Domain or IT Architecture.
• Strong affinity with architecture practices and enterprise-level technology challenges.
• Broad knowledge or strong interest in Data & Analytics, including Data Management, Data Governance and Data Technology.
• Knowledge of modern AI developments, including Generative AI, Agentic AI and emerging AI technologies.
• Understanding of data privacy, security and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience with or a strong interest in public cloud, such as Azure or GCP.
• TOGAF, ArchiMate and/or public cloud certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented solutions.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

• Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with enterprise standards, security requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to the evolution of the organisation's Data, Analytics and AI architecture.
• Evaluate existing architectures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a trusted architectural advisor for complex technology and data-related topics.

You will help shape the future technology landscape by translating business and technology strategy into clear, scalable and sustainable enterprise architectures.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology and architecture, collaborating closely with domain and solution architects, engineering teams and senior Business & IT stakeholders.
