You will design IT architectures translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, working at the intersection of business and IT to align requirements, applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and standards.

We are looking for Enterprise / Solution Architects (all levels of seniority) to join projects based in Belgium.

As an Enterprise / Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing IT architectures that translate business needs into coherent, sustainable, and scalable technology solutions.

You will work at the intersection of business and IT, helping define architectural choices, structure solution designs, and ensure alignment between business requirements, applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and technology standards.

Location in Belgium and a valid Belgian work permit are mandatory.

About the Role

We are looking for Enterprise / Solution Architects (all levels of seniority) to join projects based in Belgium.

As an Enterprise / Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing IT architectures that translate business needs into coherent, sustainable, and scalable technology solutions.

You will work at the intersection of business and IT, helping define architectural choices, structure solution designs, and ensure alignment between business requirements, applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and technology standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IT solution architectures based on business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs and functional requirements into clear architectural solutions.
• Define architecture principles, solution designs, technical components, and integration approaches.
• Ensure consistency between business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security architecture.
• Evaluate existing IT landscapes and identify architectural improvements and target-state solutions.
• Assess solution alternatives and support technology selection based on requirements, constraints, risks, and scalability.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, technical specifications, and decision records.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, technical experts, project teams, and other architects.
• Support projects throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial requirements and architecture design to implementation.
• Identify architectural dependencies, technical risks, constraints, and potential impacts.
• Ensure proposed solutions remain aligned with enterprise architecture principles and organizational standards.
• Contribute to architecture reviews and support technical decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Promote reusable, maintainable, interoperable, and scalable architecture approaches.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of enterprise and solution architecture practices.

French, Dutch and English (FR / NL / EN) are considered a strong advantage.

Trilingual proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements

• You must currently be located in Belgium.
• You must have a valid Belgian work permit / authorization to work in Belgium.
