Meta4ce, part of De Cronos Groep, seeks an Enterprise Architect to build EAaaS models and align them with clients' strategic initiatives. You will interface with senior leadership to shape enterprise objectives and craft modernization roadmaps that translate business goals into technology actions.

Currently, we’re looking for an Enterprise Architect (EA) to help us build and mature our EAaaS models and implement these in the strategic initiatives and operational processes of our clients' organizations. Our Enterprise Architect helps define and/or review the standard and reusable EA products/assets that we offer as part of our EAaaS model to our clients. These products/assets are built based on industrial best practices, market demands, experience, and pragmatism. You will be responsible for interfacing with all levels of leadership to help define/fine-tune enterprise objectives/goals and assist in designing, developing, and implementing Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and producing plans and EA modernization roadmaps that reflect client goals and objectives. You will support strategic projects guide long-term technology innovation changes and enable strategy work. In this role, you will assist in evaluating new initiatives from the enterprise risk and impact analysis perspective and the solutions proposed/introduced to the platforms/applications. Also assessing the existing portfolio of applications and technologies as part of a continuous cycle of evaluation and rationalization. To be successful as an Enterprise Architect, you have a passion for strategy and business execution, excellent analytical and technical skills, and be familiar with portfolio, program, and project management practices. You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills as we are the trusted partner at senior management levels (CxO) and program management levels.
Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in the field of Architecture (Business or Information or Application, etc.)
