Trendtracker in Belgium is seeking an AI Engineer to build multi-agent AI behind a strategic intelligence platform used by Fortune 500 clients. You will craft LLM-driven workflows and AI agents that automate strategy, foresight, and innovation tasks.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product owners, and customers, shaping architecture, prompts, and ML observability. Hybrid Ghent role with fast feedback and high-impact delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
• Interest in strategic intelligence, foresight, and market research.
• Analytical, output-driven, and able to critique model behavior.

Responsabilités

• Build LLM-driven solutions and AI agents that automate strategy and foresight workflows.
• Develop advanced prompting techniques (prompt-chaining, prompt-structuring, reasoning sequences).
• Integrate massive data into enriched LLM contexts to generate precise outputs.
• Contribute to multilingual conversational capabilities across languages and markets.
• Design and expand MLOps, monitoring, and model observability frameworks for reliability at scale.
• Translate strategic needs into technical requirements and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
