Dataroots BVBA is seeking an AI Solution Engineer in Belgium to turn client intent into production-ready agentic AI within the client’s data and systems. You’ll sit in Strategy & Analytics, bridging business needs with deep technical work and focusing on practical adoption of AI in real workflows.

You’ll combine hands-on engineering with close collaboration with clients and their teams, mapping existing processes, building integrations, and shaping handoffs to ensure trust and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 3 years building software/data systems and shipping to real users.
• Fluent English, plus Dutch and/or French.
• Ability to work in chaotic environments with a thin brief and build momentum.

Responsabilités

• Understand before you build: map real workflows and identify where an agent helps or not.
• Build and ship in the client's stack, connecting data and systems and delivering production-ready code.
• Define handoffs between agents and humans to earn trust in the system.
