Paperbox is hiring for a Forward Deployment Engineer to take AI agents from contract to live production at insurers. You’ll own 6–10+ enterprise accounts, blending deep technical work with direct customer contact to ensure successful deployments.

You will lead onboarding, build Python integrations, tune prompts, and drive architecture discussions with customer IT teams, shaping product direction from field insights.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English for Belgium/Netherlands customers.
• Strong Python production coding ability.
• Experience with LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Experience setting up integrations via APIs and webhooks.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboardings from kickoff to go-live for 6–10+ accounts.
• Build Python integrations with customer back‑office systems.
• Tune prompts, evaluate LLM output, design agent flows.
• Lead architecture and security conversations with customer IT.
• Translate field insights into engineering/product input.
