Nalys is seeking a Capex Project Manager for a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Brabant Wallon, Belgium. You will own capex infrastructure projects from design through to qualification and handover, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners in a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead Capex projects across full lifecycle: detailed design, execution, commissioning, qualification and closure
• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams and external engineering partners
• Champion EHS excellence and safety in all design and construction phases
• Own project communication from Steering Committee reporting to site coordination
• Manage interfaces between utilities, process equipment and facility systems
• Anticipate risks and drive timely decisions to maintain schedule, budget and quality
• Ensure deliverables meet GMP and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Join a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Brabant Wallon and take ownership of critical infrastructure projects from design through to final handover.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Capex projects across the full lifecycle: detailed design, execution, commissioning, qualification and closure
• Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams, integrating client stakeholders and external engineering partners into a single, aligned delivery structure
• Champion EHS excellence, embedding safety-first thinking into every phase of design, construction and commissioning
• Own project communication at every level, from Steering Committee reporting to daily site coordination
• Manage interfaces between utilities, process equipment and facility systems to ensure a smooth transition into qualified operation
• Anticipate risks and drive timely decision-making to keep schedule, budget and quality on track
• Ensure all deliverables meet applicable GMP and regulatory expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

• You have solid experience as a Project Manager on Capex/engineering projects within pharmaceutical, biotech or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
• You bring proven skills in team building and stakeholder management across client and contractor organizations
• You have a strong EHS leadership mindset and lead by example on safety
• You are comfortable communicating confidently at all levels, from operational teams to senior steering committees
• Experience with clean utilities systems and/or industrial washing/cleaning equipment is a strong asset.
• You are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
• You are available to work on-site in Brabant Wallon.
