Nalys in Brussels is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead technical delivery of capital projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. You’ll design electrical solutions for production lines, utilities and critical infrastructure, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring GMP-compliant outputs.

The role blends technical leadership with client interaction, proposal shaping, and knowledge sharing to uphold Nalys’ engineering standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer, ideally in pharma or industrial/construction.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and guiding others.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical proposals and client presentations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships on-site
• Ensure electrical design packages comply with GMP and codes
• Mentor and guide fellow engineers in multidisciplinary teams
• Apply Nalys quality procedures consistently across projects
• Lead discipline reviews and action-close from quality audits
