GlaxoSmithKline Belgium invites high-potential graduates to join the Engineering Multidiscipline Graduate Programme for 2027. The two-year Global Supply Chain pathway combines engineering rotations, Kaizen assignments, and role-specific training with mentoring across sites to accelerate development.

Fluency in French and English is required, with graduation by August 2027. You will contribute to digital data & analytics initiatives, sustainability projects and cross-functional engineering

Qualifications

• Master of Science/MSc in Engineering or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Graduation by August 2027

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Exposure: rotations at home site on cross-functional projects
