Join the GSK Engineering Multidiscipline Graduate Programme in Belgium (Wavre) starting September 2027. This two-year program offers rotations across engineering disciplines, with tailored training and mentoring to develop technical and leadership capabilities.

You will work on automation, robotics, digital solutions, and AI-enabled manufacturing, contributing to high-quality medicines and vaccines. Applicants should hold a Master of Science in engineering, be fluent in French and English, and

Qualifications

  • Master of Science/MSc in engineering or related field, with automation/robotics, systems, software or cybersecurity modules.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Graduation by August 2027.

Responsabilités

  • Design, implement and validate engineering projects within manufacturing.
  • Manage equipment lifecycles from design to installation and commissioning.
  • Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and automation technologies.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams and rotations during the program.
  • Apply digital and data-driven approaches to monitor processes and optimize performance.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in French and English

Start your career by helping deliver medicines and vaccines to patients around the world. On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

What will you do?
  • Engineering Excellence: Design, execute, and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into operations, working with suppliers.
  • Equipment Reliability: Enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.
  • Smart Manufacturing Innovation: Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey.
  • Automation Expertise: Define and implement improvements, upgrade systems, and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches & data visualization techniques to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies.
  • Asset Management: Utilize techniques e.g. condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance, for optimal equipment performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges to improve processes and drive cross functional collaboration.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to energy management and sustainability projects, supporting GSK’s Net Carbon Zero mission.

Belgium Salary Range / Fourchette salariale – Belgique: EUR 51,600 to EUR 86,000 The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
