Job summary

Group-IPS is seeking a Data Center Project Manager based in Belgium to drive data center development from feasibility to handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and ensure scope, schedule and budgets align with project requirements.

The role requires a master’s degree in engineering and experience with BIM-based environments, with international mobility a possibility for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, HVAC or civil and structural engineering or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and coordinating technical teams.
• Familiarity with BIM-based project environments and BIM coordination for project management.
• Nice to have PMP or related project management certification or data center certification.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data center development projects across lifecycle, increasing responsibility over time.
• Feasibility: assess layouts, technical requirements, schedules, budgets and Tier objectives.
• Project preparation: manage investment analysis, basic engineering, Tier requirements, permitting and procurement planning.
• Project delivery: oversee engineering, construction and commissioning, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule and budget through handover.
