Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a cloud-focused engineer to administer and optimize enterprise cloud environments in Azure or AWS. You will provision and manage VMs, storage and databases, ensuring high availability, performance and security.

The role covers incident resolution at L2/L3, proactive monitoring, and collaboration with engineering teams to maintain robust cloud architectures in a Belgian on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Administering and configuring enterprise-wide cloud environments (MS Azure or AWS).
• Providing Level 2/3 support for cloud-related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner.
• Provisioning and maintaining virtual machines, storage, and databases in the cloud, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Sound experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment (IAM, EC2, ALB, CloudFront, CloudFormation, WAF, Monitoring, Storage, Cognito) ;
• Experience with operating enterprise Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS services) ;
• Experience with Azure VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks, Load Balancers, and Azure Monitor.
