EMW, Inc. seeks an Engineer (Cloud and Kubernetes) to administer enterprise cloud environments (Azure or AWS) and provide L2/L3 support. The role covers provisioning VMs, storage and databases, plus managing networking, automation with Terraform, and scripting for routine tasks.

Candidates should have strong Kubernetes and Docker experience, CI/CD expertise, and NATO SECRET clearance. Excellent English communication is essential for collaboration and reporting.

Qualificações

• NATO SECRET clearance required.
• Extensive AWS experience (IAM, EC2, ALB, CloudFront, CloudFormation, WAF, Monitoring, Storage, Cognito).
• Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS (Azure VMs, storage, VNets, Load Balancers, Monitor).
• Strong Kubernetes and Docker experience (cloud and on-prem).
• Proficient in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Secure VPCs, firewalls and access control expertise.
• Monitoring/logging with CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams; problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and configure enterprise cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• Provide L2/L3 support for cloud issues with timely resolution.
• Provision and maintain VMs, storage and databases for HA and performance.
• Manage cloud networking: VPCs, subnets, routing, VPNs, Direct Connect.
• Automate resources with Terraform or similar tools.
• Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for routine automation.
• Perform other duties as required.
