TiTANS Consulting is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join the Data & App Support team in Belgium. You will deploy in-house applications on Windows IIS and Linux, validate DRP/BCP, and support core services like SQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Redis Cache.

The role requires fluency in English and French or Dutch, with on-site presence two days per week and a duty rotation (24/7, 1 in 6 weeks). Remote work policy applies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; and French or Dutch (German a plus).
• Experience in deploying applications on Windows IIS and Linux servers.
• Knowledge of security concepts: firewalls, authentication, authorization.
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and message brokers.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist day-to-day deployment of in-house applications (Windows IIS & SQL).
• Assist with architecture design and deployment in acceptance and production environments.
• Contribute to DRP and BCP validation and execution.
• Interface with IT clients and provide second-line troubleshooting.
• Configure F5 VIPs for web applications.
