Qualifications

• Degree in civil or industrial engineering.
• Experience in real estate development or building technical systems.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and environmental awareness.

Responsabilités

• Observe company structure and culture and learn go-to-market approach.
• Analyze market opportunities and define business opportunities.
• Identify and validate sales targets with management.
• Develop a sales strategy for the construction market and KPIs.
