Artemys is assisting Watt Matters in finding an Architect / Developer in Building Techniques to lead energy efficiency projects for large residential buildings in the Brussels region and Flanders.

The role combines technical design oversight with commercial development, using a third-party investor model where Watt Matters finances the solution and lease agreements are tied to the energy systems.

Qualifications

• Civil or industrial engineering degree required.
• Experience in real estate development or building technical systems.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage promoters and developers for turnkey energy solutions.
• Coordinate design and engineering of technical solutions from concept to proposal.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for construction market and large residential projects.
• Build long-term relationships with clients while maintaining ethical standards.
• Close deals with focus on safety, quality, budget, and on-time delivery.
• Represent Watt Matters at industry events and promote energy solutions.
