This role guides Traffic Managers in operational decisions, drives post-operational analyses and improves ASM processes. It emphasizes day-to-day airspace management and coordination with military partners to ensure Belgian airspace is available where needed.

The position focuses on leading a team, strategic planning and delivering training and tools to improve ATFCM actions and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in air traffic management, airspace optimisation, or aviation operations.
• Experience in managerial or management role.
• Excellent knowledge of ATM regulations, procedures and standards.

Responsabilités

• Guide Traffic Managers in operational decisions to ensure optimal conduct of operations.
• Perform post-operational analyses, consultations and reporting with recommendations and action points.
• Lead Airspace Management Cell activities and coordinate with military partners for Belgian airspace availability.
