Voltmasters is seeking an EMS Specialist to ensure optimal performance of our Energy Management System installations for customers in Belgium. You will configure EMS setups, analyse energy data and remotely monitor battery systems, solar assets and charging infrastructure.

You will act as the bridge between customers, installers and our software team, translating field insights into concrete platform improvements and staying focused on delivering value and reliability.

Qualifications

• Affinity with energy, electricity or engineering.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data and dashboards.
• Accurate and enjoys solving practical problems.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical people.
• Customer-focused and takes ownership.

Responsabilités

• Configure and parameterise EMS installations for new and existing customers.
• Analyse consumption and production data to optimise installations.
• Remotely monitor battery systems, PV installations and charging infrastructure.
• Bridge between customer, installer and software team.
• Translate field insights into improvements to our platform.
