Voltmasters is seeking an EMS Specialist to ensure optimal performance of our Energy Management System installations for customers in Belgium. You will configure EMS setups, analyse energy data and remotely monitor battery systems, solar assets and charging infrastructure.

You will act as the bridge between customers, installers and our software team, translating field insights into concrete platform improvements and staying focused on delivering value and reliability.

As an EMS Specialist you are the link between our technology and how it performs in the field. You make sure every installation runs optimally and that our customers get the most out of their energy system.

What you will do

• You configure and parameterise our EMS installations for new and existing customers.
• You analyse consumption and production data to further optimise installations.
• You remotely monitor the operation of battery systems, solar panels and charging infrastructure.
• You are the bridge between customer, installer and our software team.
• You translate insights from the field into concrete improvements to our platform.

What we expect

• You have an affinity with energy, electricity or engineering, through education or experience.
• You are analytical and comfortable working with data and dashboards.
• You work accurately and enjoy solving practical problems.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.
• You are customer-focused and like to take ownership.

Extra points if you have experience with battery systems, PV installations, charging infrastructure or energy markets, but a willingness to learn matters just as much.
