Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Consulting Principal in Belgium to lead and deliver consulting and advisory engagements in the Insurance domain, with a focus on Employee Benefits. You will guide business and IT transformation programs for major insurers and collaborate with stakeholders, delivery and technology teams across onsite and offshore locations.

The role supports a hybrid work model with 2–3 days in Brussels offices, balancing client needs and Cognizant wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Long-standing work experience in the Insurance domain (Life and P&C).
• Experience in Belgium Employee Benefits domain and benefit administration.
• Proven experience leading and executing consulting or advisory engagements.
• Expertise in operating model design and transformation program management.
• Fluency in English plus Dutch and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute consulting engagements for leading Belgian insurers.
• Advise on Employee Benefits administration and processes.
• Drive operating model design and transformation program management.
• Conduct business, system, and process analysis in Employee Benefits.
• Manage programs and stakeholders across onsite and offshore teams.
