GOPA Consulting Group in Brussels seeks a proactive Junior Project Manager to support acquisition and project implementation across Peace & Security initiatives. You will work with the Senior Project Manager and a multinational team to coordinate documentation, meetings, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in International Relations or related fields; a Master’s is a plus. Fluency in French and English is mandatory; German is an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (International Relations, Security Studies, Public Policy) is required.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory; German is an asset.
• Experience or internship in a private sector consultancy is preferred.
• Knowledge of EU PRAG requirements and SEA contracts is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Support acquisition and project activities across key sectors (Conflict & Crisis Management, Resilience & Peace Building, Security Sector Reform, Migration, Displacement).
• Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and databases, ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate procurement, monitoring of resources, and project administration.
