Cisco's EMEA Sales Legal team supports commercial transactions across regions, applying legal knowledge to drive growth while upholding integrity and governance. As a Legal Advisor for Sales in EMEA, you will draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, advise on data protection and cybersecurity, and integrate AI tools to streamline contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial and corporate law.
• Experience drafting/negotiating tech contracts.
• Expertise in data protection and GDPR.
• Fluent in English and at least one EU language.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial technology agreements.
• Provide risk assessments and advise on data protection and cybersecurity.
• Coordinate implementation of corporate legal policies across EMEA.
• Lead contract analysis using AI-enabled tools to improve speed and accuracy.
• Serve as a bridge between the legal department and internal sales teams.
