Cisco is seeking a senior legal advisor for Sales in EMEA. The hybrid role supports day-to-day operations and commercial engagements, partnering with management to interpret contractual provisions, assess risk, and deliver solutions aligned with corporate strategy.

You will draft, review, and negotiate licenses, cloud, and SaaS agreements; provide GDPR and cybersecurity guidance; and use AI tools to accelerate contract analysis while ensuring governance and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial and corporate law, gained at a top law firm or multinational corporate legal department.
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial technology contracts independently.
• Substantive expertise in data protection and information security for commercial transactions, incl. GDPR.
• Fluency in English and at least one EU language; French preferred.
