Dow Personal Care, part of Dow Consumer Solutions, seeks a Marketing Manager, Personal Care EMEA to lead growth strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on optimizing the 4Ps, developing multi-year marketing plans, and partnering with Sales, TS&D, R&D and Product Management to commercialize innovations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; 8+ years in marketing, product management, or related roles in B2B markets.
• Experience in Personal Care ingredients or adjacent markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercialization, innovation management and product launches.

Responsabilités

• Lead Market Management Teams to define and execute segment growth strategies and optimize the 4Ps.
• Develop 1–3 year marketing plans, growth roadmaps and value propositions.
• Collaborate with TS&D, R&D, Product Management and Sales to assess opportunities and commercialize innovations.
• Drive customer engagement and profitable growth while aligning with sustainability and regulatory developments.
